All products bought directly from one of our official stores or webstite are covered for 12 months for any manufacturing faults, providing proof of purchase can be supplied. A proof of purchase can be a order number if bought online or a receipt or bank statement for store bought items. 

If you purchased in store, please return the item to store with a copy of your proof of purchase and the store staff will happy to assist you further.

If you bought your item online & think it is faulty then please get in touch with us directly with your proof of purchase, pictures of the fault and an explanation of what the fault is so we can guide you further.
